Also recognized for her former marriage to philanthropist Pete Musser, Hilary is now happily married to her new husband, Lucas van de Ende. Luke is yet to make his debut in Palm Beach, but he is already the talk of the town due to his marriage to the reality star.

Luke (full name: Ward Lucas Van de Ende) is originally from the Netherlands. While he remains mostly anonymous about his work and personal history, Luke indeed worked in his home country for at least a few years before moving to the United States.
According to TheTab, Lucas worked as a doorman at a hotel in Amsterdam. He continues to work in the US with the support of his career-oriented wife, although the details of his job are not public.
Luke And Hilary Met In Amsterdam
The couple’s first encounter took place in the Dutch capital; Luke was working at a hotel, where Hilary was staying. It’s unclear how their unlikely romance initially blossomed, but everything worked out in their favor.
Luke soon came to the US with his beloved. The pair’s relationship took a fast track, and they were engaged within a few weeks of their first date. Musser gives a few glances of her marriage through their occasional social visits; besides that, the real estate mogul hides her groom like a secret treasure. They are not much different from another elite couple featured in Palm Beach, Rosalyn Yellin and her husband Jonathan Yellin.
The Couple Got Married In Italy
Hilary and her fiancé-turned-husband Luke exchanged their wedding vows in Tuscany, Italy. On May 22, 2024, the pair kissed each other as husband and wife in the presence of their beloved family members and surrounded by beautiful hills.
For the ceremony, Hilary dressed in a traditional white gown, while Luke looked dashing in a black suit with floral accents. Musser’s son Cooper gave away the bride as he embraced his new stepfather.
Wedding Vows Renewal Aboard A Yacht
Hilary and Lucas renewed their wedding vows with a second ceremony in April 2025. The event was hosted on a yacht near Palm Beach in the presence of their family members and friends.

Luke Is A Climate Defender
Luke leads a quiet and private life with his wife. Nevertheless, from his limited social media interaction, he distinctly comes off as an environmental activist.
While there are many incidents of Lucas’s contribution to the climate cause, one memorable moment came when he started a fundraiser for The Ocean Cleanup on his birthday in 2019. The post caught the attention of Facebook’s official page, which commended his sincerity and even chipped in a generous donation.
As a Dutchman, Lucas is particularly attached to the ocean. He plays his part in protecting the marine ecology from the effects of human activities.
